Young female reported having seizures near a Kenwood Ave apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS was dispatched for a Priority 1 medical emergency near Kenwood Ave (apartment near Irving St) in Belding for a 13-year-old female initially reported unconscious/unresponsive with abnormal breathing. Responders later advised the patient was waking up, and the mother reported seizures. Police were also requested due to a reported extensive history at the location.
