Car strikes building at Speedway in Belhaven

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a vehicle crashing into a building near the US 264 Bypass Speedway in Belhaven. A 60-year-old man was reportedly conscious and breathing, and responders later advised the building had only minor damage with an apparent patient refusal on scene.
