Woman reported taking mail from Flower Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported mail theft near Flower Street in Bell Gardens. A heavyset woman in her thirties, wearing a sweater and floral dress, allegedly took mail from a mailbox and left on foot heading east. No weapons were reported.
