Trash fire in barrels out on arrival

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a home near Spring Rose Drive for a neighbor reportedly burning trash in barrels. Units arrived and found the homeowner had already put out the small fire, and they handled the situation on scene.
