Fire alarm activation near Fort Jackson Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to an automatic fire alarm at a building on Fort Jackson Street in Belle Chasse. The alarm involved a smoke detector in zone eight. Responding units were later canceled after a keyholder on scene reported that their response was no longer needed, with one unit remaining to complete a report.
