As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responding to a reported indecent exposure/sexual offense involving a white male wearing a red shirt and tan shorts who was walking near Belvedere Boulevard and Potomac Avenue and reportedly exposing himself; last seen on foot heading toward the Safeway shopping center.
