Reckless driver reported on Richmond Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received reports of a white four-door Toyota Corolla driving recklessly near Richmond Highway and Fort Hunt Road, including swerving, nearly hitting other vehicles, speeding, and tailgating. The vehicle was reportedly last seen heading south on Route 1.
