Report of impaired driver on Highway 28

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a white Ford Ranger driving erratically on Highway 28 near the Belle city limits. The vehicle, described with buckets and sandbags in the truck bed, was later reported parked at a nearby fuel station, and officers were sent to contact the possible impaired driver.
