Van hits guardrail at Belle Plaine service area

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched after a white van hit a guardrail on the northbound entry ramp at the Belle Plaine service area, partially blocking traffic. EMS was en route and maintenance was requested for traffic control.
