Man and dog hit by truck, injuries unknown

As discussed during the dispatch call, belknap Fire and EMS were dispatched to a possible injury crash near Scott Circle, where a man and his dog were reportedly hit by a truck that stayed at the scene. The man was on the ground but alert and talking.
