Sparking window air conditioner at Belle Rive home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire personnel were dispatched to a home near East Garrett Road for a report of a sparking window air conditioning unit plugged into a wall outlet. The unit apparently arced once, leaving a black mark on the wall, with no smoke or flames reported inside the residence.
