As discussed during the dispatch call, responders investigated a report of an apparently intoxicated man nodding off in a dark gray car near Bellevue Park in Belleville. Several small children were reportedly playing nearby. The man was later confirmed to be breathing but highly intoxicated, and fire units were cleared to disregard.
