Woman found outside near 6th Street with stroke symptoms

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were called to a medical incident at (number withheld) North Sixth Street in Bellevue involving an elderly female found outside. Initial signs suggested a possible stroke, but later assessments showed no evidence of stroke.
