Person followed by vehicle at apartment complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received two separate calls from Redmond Park Apartments about a disturbance involving three people. One caller reported being followed by someone driving a white van or SUV, possibly a Ford Fiesta, near the complex.
