Overdose patient leaves scene before help arrives

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a reported overdose near Artesia Boulevard and Bellflower Boulevard. The patient apparently left the area before units arrived, and responding engine, squad, and ambulance were canceled.
