Person camping with tent in Diamond Parking Lot with juveniles present

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the Diamond Parking Lot for a reported trespass after a subject set up a tent/camp. The reporting party had spoken with the subject; intoxication or weapons were unknown. Juveniles were reported present, including a 1-year-old toddler.
