Female has two seizures at porter house

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews and police were sent to a parking area near East Main Street in Beloit for a reported 22-year-old woman who had multiple seizures, was unconscious, and was breathing irregularly. Responding units were asked to approach without lights because they appeared to make her seizures worse.
