Neighbor repeatedly enters property and mows yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, police are requested to respond to a reported trespassing and property dispute near West South Range Road in the Beloit area, where a neighbor allegedly keeps entering another person’s property and had his son mow part of it after being told not to.
