Concern over outside fire found to be controlled burn

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a possible outside fire near Belvedere Road after a caller reported neighbors burning an unknown material. Law enforcement contacted a resident, and it appears to have been a controlled garbage burn that was nearly out.
