Vehicle leaves ditch, passenger has panic attack

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a possible traffic incident near the Ben Bolt overpass on Highway 43, where a vehicle had been in a ditch but was able to drive out. Units relocated under the overpass due to heavy rain, heavy traffic, and unsafe road conditions. EMS is responding to assist a passenger who is reportedly having a panic attack.
