Semi and car crash on Empire Corporate Place

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a reported collision between a semi-truck and a blue passenger car near Empire Avenue and Northeast Corporate Place in Bend. One reporting party states they are not injured, and injuries to the other driver are unknown. The crash initially blocked the eastbound lane but may no longer be blocking traffic.
