Customer playing loud music in store bathroom

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of an unwanted person in a restroom at a business near Southwest Century Drive in Bend. Staff reported a man in his 30s had been in the bathroom for about 15 minutes, playing loud music and wearing a ski mask and bulky clothing.
