Woman heard screaming as vehicle speeds away

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received multiple calls about a possible disturbance involving a woman screaming for help in the area of Northeast Thompson Drive, Northeast Shepherd Road, and Monterey Avenue. One caller reported hearing someone yell for help as a blue or black Forester-type vehicle appeared to speed away.
