Car fire on Highway 780 shoulder in Benicia

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a vehicle fire on the westbound side of Highway 780 between 2nd Street and Southampton Road. A single vehicle on the right shoulder was reported fully involved in fire, and the solo occupant was already out of the vehicle. The fire was later reported under control.
