18-year-old female with razor blade at Reynolds St

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement officers responded to a report of a possibly suicidal 18-year-old woman armed with a razor blade at a residence near Reynolds Street in Bennington. Fire personnel were staged nearby until officers could secure the scene.
