Pair on four-wheeler tried to lure young girl

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a report from an apartment complex near West Capitol where a man and a woman on a four-wheeler allegedly tried to persuade a minor girl to leave with them before riding away in an unknown direction. The vehicle was reportedly a possibly black and orange four-wheeler.
