House fire and collapse in Benwood alley

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a working house fire in an alley in Benwood, West Virginia. There was heavy fire around the chimney, and command established a collapse zone. During operations the house collapsed, but crews reported they were clear and continued working to control remaining fire, including concerns about an east side wall leaning against a nearby structure.
