Noise complaint reported on East Bridge Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible noise complaint on East Bridge. Officers are currently responding to another call on Stone Ridge Way and plan to check the complaint when they are available. It is not yet clear how serious the disturbance may be.
