Attempted break-in at Rocky River Drive bed and breakfast

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a bed and breakfast on North Rocky River Drive for a reported attempted break-in that occurred about 5 to 10 minutes earlier. The homeowner, who lives upstairs, reported that a man in his 40s wearing (description withheld) and a blue T-shirt left the area in a white SUV and may have been recorded on video.
