Harassing messages sent with threat to visit home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a home near Kurtz Street for a harassment and threat complaint. A caller reported that his friend’s girlfriend may have been sending threatening messages referencing paying a visit to the residence, from an unknown phone number.
