Domestic dispute with knife reported at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a domestic disturbance at a home near Apple Orchard Circle. An apparently intoxicated caller stated that her nephew held a knife to her throat during an argument and was later outside with his girlfriend, reportedly still carrying a large knife.
