Neighbor reports past attempt to hit him with car

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller in Berlin reported that a female neighbor previously tried to hit him with a car near South Madison Street and that her dark gray or silver Dodge Charger with black rims was parked outside. The caller later reported that the vehicle left eastbound on Old Jacksonville Road and said he no longer wanted to meet with officers.
