Car without plates parked on street for tow pickup

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that their car will be parked on the street without license plates near Broadway Street in Berlin, Wisconsin, and that insurance is expected to tow it the next morning. An officer planned to check that the vehicle is safely off the roadway.
