Welfare check on irritated driver on Eden Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, a bus driver on Eden Trail reported a man repeatedly letting a dog in and out of a truck and appearing irritated after she tried to help. The man then apparently followed the bus back toward town, and officers were asked to conduct a welfare and safety check on him and the dog in the area near Eden Trail and town.
