Vehicle hits scooters and leaves scene in Bethel

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near East Tower Alley and South Charity Street for a report that a gray or white vehicle, possibly a white pickup truck, struck scooters behind a hardware store and then left the area. The scooters reportedly remained at the scene and the vehicle’s direction of travel was unknown.
