Domestic argument at Wellman Street apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apartment on Wellman Street for a reported domestic argument between a caller and a girlfriend. A man was later taken to a medical facility, and officers attempted a wellness check when they could not reach the caller and received no response at the building entrance.
