Unconscious person possibly in cardiac arrest in apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a possible cardiac arrest involving an unconscious person at an apartment near Elizabeth Avenue. Another unit responded to a separate report of chest pain at a first-floor residence on Beach Street.
