Welfare check for toddlers reported unsupervised

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a welfare check at a residential complex in Beverly for a report of two small toddlers outside in only diapers without an adult present before an approaching storm. When officers arrived, they did not find children on the playground and instead observed nearby children who were clothed and under apparent parental supervision.
