Juvenile reported damaging home and assaulting parent

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched for a juvenile disturbance near South New Jersey Street. A 12-year-old female was reported to be damaging the home/property and assaulting her mother; yelling was heard in the background and a fight was feared. A male reportedly restrained the child outside, and fire/EMS were requested.
