Unresponsive hospice patient with shallow breathing found

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical responders were sent to a home near Litchfield Road in Big Clifty for an elderly hospice patient who was found on the ground outside, reportedly unresponsive with shallow breathing and a weak pulse after a possible fall.
