I have a welfare check area of Highway 3 and hike and road. Collar passed by and saw a female on the railroad tracks, rocking back and forth asking the caller for help. Collar did ask if she could take her somewhere. Subject group called yelling, no police, no ambulance. Not sure if you're familiar with the subject that lives in the motorhome, but that's north of Broadway. It is the subject just to advise previous girls. She's severely autistic.
