All units be advised of an updated bolo from Anaconda, BPD, (name withheld) just called to advise. They have reason to believe the shooter is in the Billings area. He is driving a very old brown camper van with 30 county plates. The van is brownish in color with a brown stripe across the middle. The rear window is broken out and some of the door handles are missing. He had contact with a female in the area of Riverfront Park as he was wearing a veteran's hat and thanked him for his service and then she left. Riverfront Park has been scanned and the van is no longer in the area. Dispatch Clear, 0925. Anyone copies. Six copies.
