89-year-old woman in cardiac arrest at Birch Run location

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a location on East Townline Road in Birch Run for an 89-year-old woman who was initially reported as not fully responsive and then as being in full cardiac arrest. Rescue units were reactivated and sent back to the scene.
