Area check for possible fish mistreatment at park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to check the city park in Bishop for a group of people fishing at the gazebo who were reportedly treating fish harmfully. The people were described as wearing hats and using bikes and may be dressed like cowboys.
