Person shot and badly injured on Hickory Grove Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a gunshot victim near Hickory Grove Road and Cross Pine Street in Bismarck. The victim is reported bleeding heavily and in extreme pain, and responders were advised the bullet did not exit.
