Drug investigation involving vehicle with a pipe

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are conducting a possible drug investigation at a gas station on State Street in the village of Black Earth. A black Kia Forte with Wisconsin license plates reportedly left northbound on Highway F, and the person involved was said to be holding a pipe.
