Driver stranded with flat tire near Blackwater

As discussed during the dispatch call, a motorist assistance call was reported near Route M, possibly west of Blackwater and near I-70 and Highway 40. A silver GMC Terrain reportedly has a flat tire and a seized lug nut, and the occupants may not have funds for a tow.
