One-year-old reported having seizure near Poplar St

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units were dispatched for a reported active seizure involving a one-year-old child near Poplar St at/near the PA-53 and Black Walnut St area. The child was reported to be breathing with consciousness unclear, and the seizure was believed to have stopped before or during the call. Dispatch noted very limited information and that the caller appeared to be a third party; parents were with the child.
