Officer requested about parked vehicle hazard

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area of Western Highway near East Lane for a report of a vehicle parked in the street and possibly causing a hazard. The incident was then corrected to a request to speak with an officer near (number withheld) Western Highway.
