Semi trailer brakes smoking on Highway 53 ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS responded to a report of a semi-trailer with its brakes on fire on the northbound Highway 53 off-ramp to Highway 40 near Bloomer. Smoke was seen coming from the trailer, but no active flames were reported, and crews monitored and addressed the smoldering brakes.
